Hi Josh,
The human body doesn't have just one sound. Every type of cell in our bodies has a song, they literally emit complex sounds, as the work of Nobel laureate Jim Gimzewski has shown. We are able to image the songs of cells on the CymaScope and some of them will be published in our forthcoming book on cymatics.
Regarding computer simulations of sounds, this is not our field since we are focused on real rather than simulated sound visualization. The CymaScope uses the surface tension of water onto which we imprint a given sound sample. The geometry, thus revealed, does indeed hold the keys to the Universe. John Stuart Reid

Josh

Thanks for the comment. Perhaps this is one for John Stuart Reid to answer. He is researching ways in which to 'visualise' sound through use of the Cymascope.

I've thought about this as well. What would the form of the human body sound like? What is the formula to visualize sound within a sphere using computer graphics? Would the formula reveal the structure of nature?
