Our lives are saturated by noise. It coats us like grease and our ears, brains and souls fry in it. It is a constant sizzle that assaults our minds and our being. Driving to work, there is the hum of traffic and the noise of my tyres. To blot it out, I turn on my [...]

Living a deep rich life and loving it

June 6, 2010

Being a metaphysician as I am, I have learnt in these instances to let go and surrender to the moment. Wolf Spirit Guide and Reader’s Challenge

April 14, 2010
"Sheba" - Wolf Spirit

There is a game I play as a Spiritual Warrior and Seeker of the Way. I order a cup of coffee and when the Barrista has not deliberately designed the top of the coffee, I try to see what shapes appear in the coffee. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my coffee and I saw a Wolf head looking back at me. Your spirit guide can contact you in many ways. An image in a coffee cup is just one of them.

Mastering the Art of Creating Your Own Reality

March 25, 2010
Eye of God

Conscious evolution is interesting, different, unique and only elaborates on the fact that there are so many ways to reach truth, to reinstate so to speak one’s true self. I had been instrumental in my professional life in revamping the entire training system for a whole industry. Previously all serious education lay in the hands of the ivory tower educators of university status, a system too unwieldy, arrogant and not at all meeting the actual needs of employers/employees. Even then I was looking for hands on, immediate and more real, appropriate means to be versed in life’s requirements.
