I would have to weigh in on the side of being both projector and screen and agree with Ursula. So many different belief systems seem to indicate that we ‘make our own reality’ and the we ‘attract what we manifest’ that you cannot separate the projector (spiritual being) from the screen (human condition).

Hi All,

In response to Khabir, my sense is that we are both the projector and the screen, the whole point from my “perspective” of living this life on planet earth is that as a spiritual being in a human experience you are the duality or paradox of both states, the creator and interpretor, the projector ( spiritual being) and the screen ( human being) living out the result of your projection and in the experience of that living the projection you get to refine the process of projection, you create and live the creation…..that’s how I experience it!!! It’s like Einstein when given a compass didn’t bother checking where the needle was pointing ( the screen) but rather wondered what force was moving the needle ( projector) ………now that’s living!!

Thanks for responding to my question on the meditation technique you used. I will track down that book and have a look at it. I will let you know if I attempt any of the techniques.

Hello Timberwolf,
The meditation technique I used was self-hypnosis relaxation. You must maintain wakeful awareness at the same time of losing feeling of your physical body.
I used the techniques outlined in the book “Hypnosis for Beginners” by William Hewitt.
