Being a metaphysician as I am, I have learnt in these instances to let go and surrender to the moment. Feeling within the emotion (which I know I have created) elicited through this experience, I can dig deep, follow the trail as Sherlock Holmes would do with his magnifying glass, into the mysterious deeper realms of the subconscious mind for a fuller understanding of what’s really going on. Here’s what I found and I totally love and appreciate this site and the opportunity it gives me to share this with you. It’s like drawing or painting a picture except I use words rather than brush or pencil.

Perception is Reality: Meditation, Perception and Creation of Reality

In a previous article, “Perception is Reality“, I wrote about how we interact with our surroundings. The article outlines a small amount of information on Cymatics which reinforces the idea of ‘sound and vibration’ as creative forces. ‘Thought‘ too can be measured as a wave-form similarly to sound and vibration implying that through the power of our ‘thoughts‘ we can have an impact on ‘reality‘ as we ‘perceive‘ it. Meditation, Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi and other forms of relaxation and exercise teach us about this energy accumulation and the interaction between our minds, bodies and the ‘perception of reality‘.

Mastering the Art of Creating Your Own Reality

Conscious evolution is interesting, different, unique and only elaborates on the fact that there are so many ways to reach truth, to reinstate so to speak one’s true self. I had been instrumental in my professional life in revamping the entire training system for a whole industry. Previously all serious education lay in the hands of the ivory tower educators of university status, a system too unwieldy, arrogant and not at all meeting the actual needs of employers/employees. Even then I was looking for hands on, immediate and more real, appropriate means to be versed in life’s requirements.
