Spiritual Underpants

Sometimes events put you out of your comfort zone. Or you choose that experience, such as doing training in new knowledge and skills. This is the spiritual equivalent of putting your underwear on inside out. A spiritual warrior, or warrioress, is not afraid to be vulnerable because that state of vulnerability immediately precedes action. It is a state of heightened awareness, it is taking the spear and hunting the leopard naked, as you did in your first initiation hunt.

Perception is Reality: Meditation, Perception and Creation of Reality

In a previous article, “Perception is Reality“, I wrote about how we interact with our surroundings. The article outlines a small amount of information on Cymatics which reinforces the idea of ‘sound and vibration’ as creative forces. ‘Thought‘ too can be measured as a wave-form similarly to sound and vibration implying that through the power of our ‘thoughts‘ we can have an impact on ‘reality‘ as we ‘perceive‘ it. I order a cup of coffee and when the Barrista has not deliberately designed the top of the coffee, I try to see what shapes appear in the coffee. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my coffee and I saw a Wolf head looking back at me. Your spirit guide can contact you in many ways. An image in a coffee cup is just one of them.

Central Asian Myth and 2012

Shambhala, Agharti (Agharta) and 2012, central Asian myths. What do they have in common? While doing some research for an article relating to the mysteries of the number 7, I came across references in to Shambhala, Agharti (Agharta) and 2012. I thought it was quite bizarre to find that there was a legend surrounding Shambhala and Agharti which brought the date of 2012 into the picture as far as coming world changes are concerned. I was reading a book called “The Ancient Wisdom”. Imagine, a central Asian myth that could tie in with other legends surrounding 2012.

Avatar: Movie Phenomenon filled with Subtle Messages

Avatar: a movie phenomenon filled with subtle messages. James Cameron wrote the screenplay in the 1990’s and it sat on a shelf for the best part of seven years. That screenplay was recently released as the movie “Avatar”. It is the highest grossing movie of all time and has been nominated for nine Academy awards. As I was watching it I realised that, either purposely or by default, James Cameron had included a number of subtle messages in “Avatar”. As a Spiritual Warrior and Seeker of the Way, I would like to reinforce Avatar’s messages, intended or not.

Ever get the feeling you’ve been spiritually ripped off?

I try and promote a sense of serenity and amazement with most of the articles I write on my site.

I live my life by a simple code:

do the right thing
be the best you can be
help others who are unable to help themselves
service to others is not servitude but giving of yourself to ease the burden of others.

The path of the Spiritual Warrior is fraught with dangers. I have met my fair share and now have come face to face with the ultimate predator of light: a person who manifests antipathy, negativity and darkness as easily and as naturally as breathing.
