X Factor presents Ninja Bear

This is just a very quick post to show you one thing that really takes the X Factor cake. We’ve all seen YouTube videos that have been tricked out using editing tools. Well here is one that you just wont believe. Its a black bear with a Bo stick. The bear carries out what could almost be described as Kung Fu moves with a pole in his enclosure. Fascinating stuff.

As a Spiritual Warrior and Seeker of the Way, I often search for ways to express what I feel is most likely the right path to follow. I know this site has an ecclectic mix of topics; however, they become an aggregation of information that determines for me, and I hope you, my readers, a similar direction for growth.

A “What the…” moment.

Yoga is believed to assist a person in becoming the absolute master of their existence and provides the practitioner with full control of their body. It has been described as a spiritual pursuit enlightening the expert through access to his/her knowledge of higher and lower self. This in turn leads the person to overcome mental, intellectual and bodily states of existence. This leaves the ego/id to experience a pure or divine condition.
