I have begun linking the nadi’s and the chakras according to their major intersections. Following on from the Svadhisthana chakra, the next major intersection of the nadi’s is in the region of the navel. This area is known as the solar plexus chakra or Manipura. The area of the physical body where this chakra is located can be an area of weakness, with a blow causing ‘the wind to be knocked out of you’. The solar plexus contains its own bundle of nerve fibres within the physical body.
Opening this energy centre will assist the Spiritual Warrior with understanding the laws of nature. This brings enlightenment to further enhance our spiritual being and its connection to the universal consciousness. A person who comes to terms with their own physical shortcomings is better able to progress relationships which are more stable. This chakra encourages you towards servicing others within the physical realm with little or no thought for compensation.
Manipura chakra has the following properties associated with it.

This chakra, once opened can assist with identifying your karmic position for this lifetime. As the Spiritual Warrior progresses through the levels of enlightenment on the wheel of life, it is important to be able to understand whether you have a karmic debt or credit. You need to be able to create a balance within your present incarnation to open the higher planes of consciousness. Manipura is a power chakra and helps regulate our metabolism as well as invigorating our physical bodies.
